Cl-ear Ear Relief Ear Drops work by lubricating and softening earwax within the ear canal. This helps ease symptoms such as fullness, mild discomfort, and temporary reduced hearing caused by wax blockage. The gentle formula is non-irritating and suitable for routine use. By promoting the natural removal of wax, it helps restore comfort and clarity.

Wash your hands before use and tilt your head to one side. Place a few drops into the affected ear and keep your head tilted for several minutes to allow the solution to work. Use once or twice daily for up to 3–5 days, or as advised by a healthcare professional. Do not insert cotton buds or other objects into the ear.

Active ingredients may include urea hydrogen peroxide or other wax-softening agents, depending on the specific formulation. The solution may also contain purified water and stabilising ingredients. Always check the packaging for a full and accurate ingredient list before use.

Do not use if you have a perforated eardrum, ear infection, or severe ear pain unless advised by a doctor. Discontinue use if irritation, dizziness, or discomfort occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.

Frequently asked questions

  • What are Cl-ear Ear Relief Ear Drops used for?

They are used to relieve discomfort caused by earwax build-up and blocked ears. The drops help soften wax so it can be removed naturally.

  • How do the ear drops help clear earwax?

They work by loosening and breaking down hardened wax inside the ear canal. This makes it easier for the wax to move out on its own.

  • How long should I use the drops for?

They are usually used for a few days as directed on the packaging. If symptoms continue, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

  • Can I use these drops if I have ear pain?

If you have severe ear pain, infection, or a perforated eardrum, do not use the drops without medical advice. Always consult a doctor if unsure.

  • What should I do if my ears remain blocked?

If there is no improvement after several days, seek professional medical help. A pharmacist or doctor may recommend further treatment.
