Description

Anthisan contains mepyramine maleate, an antihistamine that works by blocking histamine released during allergic reactions. By reducing the effect of histamine on the skin, it helps calm itching, redness, and inflammation. The cream is easily absorbed and provides localised relief where applied.

Key benefits include:

  • Relieves itching from insect bites and stings
  • Helps reduce redness and swelling
  • Targets allergic skin reactions directly
  • Easy-to-apply topical formula

It is ideal for minor allergic skin conditions requiring short-term relief.

Directions

Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area and gently rub in. Use two to three times daily as needed. Do not apply to large areas of skin or broken skin. Wash hands after application unless treating the hands.

Use only for short-term relief as directed on the packaging.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Mepyramine maleate.

Other ingredients may include emollients and stabilising agents to maintain product consistency and comfort.

Always check the packaging for a complete and up-to-date ingredient list before use.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use on eczema, extensively broken skin, or large areas of the body. Avoid exposure to sunlight on treated areas, as the skin may become more sensitive. If symptoms persist, worsen, or signs of infection develop, seek medical advice.

Keep out of reach of children and use only as directed.
