Description

Anusol Suppositories are formulated to relieve internal haemorrhoids by delivering active ingredients directly where they are needed. Anusol Suppositories help soothe irritation, reduce inflammation and protect delicate skin inside the rectum. The convenient suppository format allows targeted internal relief, especially where creams may not reach effectively.

  • Designed for internal haemorrhoid relief
  • Helps reduce swelling and inflammation
  • Soothes itching, irritation and discomfort
  • Provides protective action for sensitive tissue

Directions

Wash your hands before and after using Anusol Suppositories. Remove the wrapper and gently insert one Anusol Suppository into the rectum, usually at night or after a bowel movement, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. Anusol Suppositories are typically used once or twice daily, depending on symptom severity and product instructions.

Do not exceed the recommended dose and avoid prolonged use without medical advice. If symptoms persist or worsen after several days, consult your doctor.

Ingredients

Anusol Suppositories commonly contain active ingredients such as zinc oxide, bismuth oxide, bismuth subgallate and balsam peru, which work together to soothe and protect irritated tissue. These ingredients help reduce inflammation, form a protective barrier and support healing of affected areas.

Anusol Suppositories also contain a suppository base that allows the product to melt at body temperature for effective internal application.

Always check the packaging and patient information leaflet for the full and exact list of ingredients.

Warnings

Do not use Anusol Suppositories if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed on the packaging. Consult a healthcare professional before using Anusol Suppositories if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or using other rectal treatments.

Avoid swallowing Anusol Suppositories and keep them out of sight and reach of children. If rectal bleeding persists, worsens or is accompanied by other unusual symptoms, seek medical advice promptly.
