Directions

Apply Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel to the affected area and gently massage until fully absorbed. Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel can typically be used up to three to four times daily, or as directed on the packaging. Wash hands thoroughly after applying Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel unless treating the hands themselves. Avoid applying Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel to broken, irritated or sensitive skin.

For best results, use Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel only on clean, dry skin. Do not bandage tightly after application unless advised by a healthcare professional.
