Directions

Use Germoloids Suppositories exactly as directed in the patient information leaflet. After washing and drying the anal area, gently insert one Germoloids Suppository into the rectum, preferably after a bowel movement. Germoloids Suppositories are typically used once at night and, if required, one in the morning and after each bowel movement, up to the stated maximum daily dose.

Wash hands before and after use and do not use for longer than recommended unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Germoloids Suppositories contain zinc oxide, which helps soothe and protect irritated skin, and lidocaine hydrochloride, a local anaesthetic that relieves pain and itching. Germoloids Suppositories may also contain additional excipients that assist in forming the suppository base and ensuring smooth insertion.

The full list of ingredients for Germoloids Suppositories can be found on the packaging and leaflet. Always check the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

Warnings

Do not use Germoloids Suppositories if you are allergic to lidocaine, zinc oxide or any of the other ingredients. Consult a doctor before using Germoloids Suppositories if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or experiencing rectal bleeding without a confirmed diagnosis. Germoloids Suppositories are for short-term use only and should not be used continuously for extended periods.

If symptoms persist, worsen or do not improve within a few days, seek medical advice. Keep Germoloids Suppositories out of sight and reach of children.
