Description

Ibuleve 5% Gel provides effective local relief from pain and swelling associated with minor injuries and soft tissue conditions. Ibuleve 5% Gel works by delivering ibuprofen through the skin to reduce inflammation in the affected area. The gel is non-greasy and designed for easy application and quick absorption. Ibuleve 5% Gel is suitable for short-term use to help restore comfort and mobility.

Directions

Apply a small amount of Ibuleve 5% Gel to the affected area and gently massage until fully absorbed. Ibuleve 5% Gel can usually be applied up to three times daily, leaving several hours between applications. Wash hands after use unless treating them. Do not apply Ibuleve 5% Gel to broken, infected or irritated skin, and avoid covering the area with airtight dressings unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Ibuleve 5% Gel contains ibuprofen 5% w/w as the active ingredient to help relieve pain and inflammation. Ibuleve 5% Gel also contains excipients such as isopropyl alcohol and other formulation agents that help with absorption and stability.

Warnings

Do not use Ibuleve 5% Gel if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin or other NSAIDs. Avoid using Ibuleve 5% Gel during pregnancy unless advised by a doctor, especially in the last trimester. Do not apply Ibuleve 5% Gel to large areas of the body for prolonged periods.

If irritation occurs or symptoms persist for more than two weeks, stop using Ibuleve 5% Gel and consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
