  • For local relief of muscular and joint pain
  • Helps reduce inflammation and swelling
  • Non-greasy formula that absorbs into the skin

Directions

Apply a small amount of Ibuprofen 5% Gel to the affected area and gently massage until fully absorbed. Use Ibuprofen 5% Gel up to three times a day, leaving several hours between applications. Wash hands after use unless treating the hands themselves. Do not apply Ibuprofen 5% Gel to broken, damaged or irritated skin, and avoid contact with the eyes and mouth.

If symptoms persist for more than one to two weeks, consult a healthcare professional. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

Ingredients

Ibuprofen 5% Gel contains 5% w/w ibuprofen as the active ingredient. The formulation typically includes excipients such as carbomers, alcohols and purified water to create a smooth, fast-absorbing gel base. These inactive ingredients help deliver ibuprofen effectively through the skin. Check the packaging for a full list of ingredients if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

Warnings

Do not use Ibuprofen 5% Gel if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin or other NSAIDs. Avoid using Ibuprofen 5% Gel during the last three months of pregnancy, and consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking other medications. Do not cover the treated area with airtight dressings unless advised by a healthcare professional.

If skin irritation, rash or unusual symptoms occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Keep Ibuprofen 5% Gel out of sight and reach of children.
