Directions

Apply a thin layer of Movelat Pain Relief Gel to the affected area and gently massage until fully absorbed. Movelat Pain Relief Gel is usually applied up to four times daily, leaving several hours between applications. Wash your hands after use unless treating them. Do not apply Movelat Pain Relief Gel to broken, infected or irritated skin.
