Fill the NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle with lukewarm distilled, sterile or previously boiled water, then add one saline sachet and shake gently to dissolve. Lean over a sink, insert the bottle tip into one nostril and gently squeeze to allow the solution to flow through the nasal passages and out the other nostril.

Repeat on the opposite side using the remaining solution. Clean the bottle thoroughly after each use and allow it to air dry.
