Directions

Use Nicorette Icy Mint Gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke, following the chew-and-park method for best results. Chew Nicorette Icy Mint Gum slowly until the taste becomes strong, then rest it between your gum and cheek until the flavour fades before chewing again. Most users require several pieces per day, depending on previous smoking habits, but should not exceed the recommended daily maximum stated on the packaging. Gradually reduce the number of pieces used each day as cravings decrease.
