Description

Nurofen Migraine is designed to provide fast and effective relief from migraine pain and related symptoms. The active ingredient, ibuprofen lysine, works by reducing inflammation and blocking pain signals in the body. Its fast-absorbing formula helps it start working quickly when taken at the onset of symptoms. Nurofen Migraine is intended for adults and adolescents over the recommended age who experience migraine attacks.

  • Contains ibuprofen lysine for fast absorption
  • Helps relieve moderate to severe migraine pain
  • Eases associated symptoms like nausea
  • Can reduce sensitivity to light and sound

Directions

Take Nurofen Migraine at the first sign of a migraine attack for best results. The usual dose for adults and children over the recommended age is one tablet swallowed with water, preferably with or after food. If necessary, a second tablet may be taken after several hours, but do not exceed the maximum daily dose stated on the packaging. Nurofen Migraine should only be used for short-term relief, and medical advice should be sought if migraines persist or worsen.

Ingredients

Nurofen Migraine contains ibuprofen lysine, which provides equivalent ibuprofen to relieve pain and inflammation. Ibuprofen belongs to a group of medicines known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Nurofen Migraine also includes inactive ingredients that help form and stabilise the tablet.

The full list of ingredients and their strengths can be found on the packaging and patient information leaflet.

Warnings

Do not take Nurofen Migraine if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Avoid using Nurofen Migraine if you have a history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe heart, liver or kidney conditions unless advised by a doctor.

Consult a healthcare professional before using Nurofen Migraine if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking other medications. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and keep Nurofen Migraine out of sight and reach of children.
