Directions

Unscrew the outer cap and remove the protective cover from the inhaler. Hold the stick close to one nostril while gently closing the other nostril. Inhale deeply through the open nostril, then repeat with the other side if needed. Use as required throughout the day to help relieve congestion.

Replace the cap securely after each use to maintain freshness and effectiveness.
