Directions

Use Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray exactly as directed in the patient information leaflet. The usual dose for adults is one spray into each nostril up to three times daily, leaving several hours between doses. Gently blow your nose before use, keep your head upright, and spray while breathing in lightly through the nose.

Do not use Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray for more than three consecutive days unless advised by a healthcare professional, as prolonged use may worsen congestion.

Ingredients

Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride, a decongestant that reduces swelling in the nasal passages, and ipratropium bromide, which helps reduce excess nasal discharge.

These active ingredients work together to relieve both blockage and runny nose symptoms. Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray also contains additional ingredients to stabilise and preserve the solution.
