Directions

Use Otrivine Sinusitis Relief Nasal Spray exactly as directed on the packaging or by your pharmacist. For adults and children over the recommended age, one spray into each nostril up to three times daily is typically advised. Do not exceed the stated dose and leave several hours between applications.

Otrivine Sinusitis Relief Nasal Spray should not be used for more than seven consecutive days, as prolonged use may lead to rebound congestion.

Before first use, prime the spray according to the instructions. Always clean the nozzle after each use and replace the cap securely. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice.

Ingredients

Otrivine Sinusitis Relief Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride as the active ingredient, which acts as a nasal decongestant. This ingredient works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal lining to reduce swelling and congestion.

Warnings
