Directions

Use Sterimar Nasal Congestion Relief as directed on the packaging or by a healthcare professional. Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the head upright and spray briefly, then allow excess solution to drain before gently blowing the nose. Repeat in the other nostril if required. Sterimar Nasal Congestion Relief can usually be used two to six times a day as needed, depending on symptoms. Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry thoroughly.
