Nytol One-A-Night and Original caplets provide temporary sleeping aid when experiencing sleeping difficulties.

How do Nytol caplets work?
The active ingredient of Nytol One-A-Night caplets is the sedating antihistamine diphenhydramine. Once this chemical reaches the brain, it allows you to fall asleep faster and encourages a deeper sleep. This means Nytol One-A-Night caplets are an effective method for dealing with temporary sleeping difficulties. For best results, take a Nytol One-A-Night caplet twenty minutes before going to bed.

Why are there different herbal formualtions?
Because the herbal formulations tackle factors such as stress and anxiety, herbal formulations may treat insomnia in some patients better than others.
Everyone has different sleep needs; some people require eight hours while others need only four. However, if you wake up frequently or find it difficult to wind down, Nytol can give you a fuller night’s sleep and will help you feel refreshed and ready to go the next day.
On the occasions when you can’t sleep, Nytol is the ideal way to get back into a healthy sleeping routine and enjoy some rest. -
WHY do the herbal formulations exist, if the conventional formula works fine?
The best treatment for you will depend on your body and the causes of your insomnia. Whereas the conventional formula simply induces drowsiness, the herbal formulae tackle underlying stress and anxiety. The conventional Nytol formula should only be used in the short term, whereas the Nytol Herbal formula is more suitable for use in the long term.
